Product Description
Articulated tank wagon F-Ersa Ermewa Chemoil VI
Printed version of the “ERMEWA” articulated tank car in the version from Era VI. At the beginning of the 1990s, the first tank trucks with a so-called “bent tank” were built. The boiler was designed in such a way that the two halves of the boiler tilt towards the middle by 3° each. That's why the contents of the boiler, mainly mineral oil products, flow out almost completely without any additional aids. Since the vehicles, made of lightweight steel construction, are suitable for higher speeds, they were soon purchased by other companies throughout Europe. These wagons can be found as P (=private) wagons in the inventory of all European railway companies.
