PIKO 51122 – Electric locomotive BR 152

New for 2022: The large side surfaces and smooth roof of the Class 152 embody locomotive construction of the 1990s. The new PIKO model in 1:87 scale excellently reproduces this overall appearance. Equally great attention was paid to details in the design and toolmaking: extremely three-dimensional engravings of the ventilation grilles and bogies with outstanding visual depth effect underscore this. Technically, the model continues the proven line of PIKO designs. A powerful mid-mounted motor serves as the drive, two flywheels further refine the running characteristics, and diagonally arranged traction tires enable the transport of substantial loads. In digital operation, the cab lighting can be switched digitally. The sound version of the locomotive is factory-equipped with a latest-generation PSD S sound decoder. Another highlight of the Class 152 is PIKO TrainSound® onboard.
