Product Description
Italian savoir vivre for German motorists
When the first deliveries of the Fiat 600 arrived at - still few in number - dealerships in 1955, the compact car easily held its own against its rivals made by Lloyd, DKW, and BMW. While far removed from being luxurious, the model 600 added significant automotive value – and was sure to make its owner proud. Unveiled by the traditional model makers with an open folding roof, the brilliant blue Fiat 600 quickly came to enjoy great demand. Designed as a compact, yet sophisticated family car, it met the period’s modest requirements for comfort perfectly. After all, the focus at the time was placed on newly gained mobility.
