The PIKO model of the Class 147.5 from the DB AG long-distance division impresses with, among other things, an exact reproduction of all relevant details of its prototype, such as windows, buffer beams, and electrical outlets. The model features a fine paint job in the railway’s IC design and harmonious lettering, attached front and grab rails, as well as delicate pantographs and insulators. The built-in, distinctive train destination indicators, as well as the driver’s cab lighting and tail lights, can be digitally controlled. The clean circuit board with a PluX22 interface allows for retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker.
