WIKING 043403 – MB LP 321 Flatbed lorry

The first lightweight cab-over-engine truck that flaunted the Mercedes-Benz star on its oval radiator grille rolled off the production line at the Mannheim lorry specialists in 1957. This initial release kicked off the successful journey of the Pullman generation and joined up the hitherto preferred bonnet generation from Mercedes-Benz with a new alternative. The LP 321 stood out primarily with the congenial oval of its radiator grille, which came to distinguish the entire generation of Mercedes-Benz Pullman vehicles for a long time. This driver’s cab facing stayed with the various series of the vehicle until the sixties of the last century.
