Modelrailway.pt Modules
MODELRAILWAY.PT developed a prefabricated modular system for the construction of MODULES intended for railway and other dioramas, of easy and intuitive construction.
Designed in 8 and 10 mm thick plywood, cut at leisure and with fittings to facilitate all assembly as well as with holes throughout the perimeter of the module that allows the combination of the modules in various positions offering varied configurations in the construction of models.
GEOMETRY
The development of this module system had the premise of being compatible with each other and with the helix ramp module made available by MODELRAILWAY.PT.
Thus, the modules will be available in 5 base sizes, the square of 40×40, 45×45, 50×50, 55×55 and 60x60cm. The rectangular modules have a fixed length of 90cm and widths ranging from 40 to 60cm and can be combined in any position. since the expected holes are always coincident.
HEIGHTS
The two available leg sizes allow the modeler to install his model in two heights, the lowest intended for sitting use/observation and the highest standing.
With the use of the shortest legs, the modeler can create a model consisting of two levels where the lower one will be intended for hidden stations of collection and parking of the compositions and the highest one intended for decoration and observation maintaining the height of 1.14m for a standing use/observation.
SCENARIO FUNDS AND DOUBLE LEVEL SUPPORTS
The backdrop funds are provided with the height of 350mm useful (440mm in total) by the length of the respective module for the option of a level.
For the two-level option, the bottom has the same useful height but with the necessary addition to support the two modules including opening for access to the lower level.
The other front support is provided with a height of 476.6mm with opening for access to the lower level.
Note:This height between two levels is compatible with four and a half laps of our helix.
Lighting (Showcase)
Supports for lighting and a showcase appearance, fully functional with straight and corner modules.
Valid for modules with applied backgrounds. With simple fittings and no screws required.
Note: For the single-level version, it is necessary to use the legs provided by us.
